Vagabond Stammtisch journey continues with 2 consequetive Stammtisches (17th and 24th August)
Mantra, Alpenstrasse, SBB Station Ramp, 6300 Zug on August 17th .
No table reserved was possible but the Barmaid Natasha is an old friend of ours from the Gotthardhof days and will seat us in the alcove beyond the bar.
Pier 41 on August 24th https://pier41.ch/. Table reservation is confirmed.
Zug Jazz Night happens on 24th & 25th August from 19:00 to Midnight. Entrance fee 20 sFr. Those attending the Stammtisch at Pier 41 on Thursday, August 24th will be invited to continue the evening at the Jazz festival. Entrance fee 20Fr.
Stammtisch of August 31st was sheduled for the Freiruum. They have cancelled us. We have a reservation at the Brandenberg. Table reservation is confirmed:
The Stammtisch on August 17th will be held at the City Garden.
We have a table for 10-15 reserved. The City Garden confirmed this and stated that they are happy to see us return.

As you know the Gotthardhof as we know it closed on Saturday 24th.
So, from the end of June IMCZ joins the ranks of the lost tribes, with no fixed abode for our Stammtisch, until such times as the replacement of the Gotthardhof is ready and open. Optimists place that sometime in the autumn. And then we will have to decide if we like the new venue.
To seize the opportunity of being homeless, let’s sample the wide range of venues available in the centre of Zug. I have put together a proposed list. Let me know, if you have any suggestions for modification to the list.
In all cases I will check the availability of the location at the beginning of each week, and book a table for 10 at the venue and send out an email confirmation of location. Availability will of course be checked at the beginning of the week.
