Once every 20 years or so the Swiss National Jodler Festival comes to Zug.

If you want to experience this iconic piece of Swiss culture, do join us for a Saturday afternoon tour.

The meeting point will be by the sole tree in the Landsgemeindeplatz at 14.00.

Please register for the event, So we know you are coming.

The event lasts for three days, so if our tour is not enough of a sample, go and chase the jodlers, alphorners and flag wavers some more.

Description of the Event :

"Traditional, surprising, diverse".

The motto of the 31st Federal Yodelling Festival stands for both the festival and the festival location Zug. Because Zug is diversity. Here tradition meets modernity, old town meets urbanity, Chriesi farmers meet top managers. From the business meeting it's straight to the bull market - or to the Yodelling Festival on the idyllic lakeside of Zug. After successfully hosting the 45th Federal Wrestling Festival in 2019, Zug is now looking forward to hosting the 31st Federal Yodelling Festival. Around 500 clubs with a total of 10,000 participants in yodelling, flag-waving and alphorn-blowing are expected. Due to the large catchment area of Central Switzerland with a large number of clubs, the number of visitors is expected to be between 100,000 and 150,000.
