We all want to live a happy and fulling life. But what happens if an accident or illness shatters our dreams? And what about all those burnouts we see happening to our colleagues? Very often it is only then that we realize how precious our health is, and that if we don't have it we have nothing!
On the 3rd of March Catherine will not only share with you easy tools that
will ensure you a healthy lifestyle but will also give you practical tips on
how to implement them in your everyday life.

Catherine, cancer survivor, life transformer, and mindset coach, speaks from
experience. Expert in resilience and using a systemic approach, she helps
people around the world to overcome the challenge of cancer and thrive fully
ever after. Before it, Catherine trained as a food science engineer and
worked in the corporate world for 20 years. She’s been a Life & Business
Coach for the last 10 years and lives with her partner in Zug.
