Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

The 2026 AGM is on Thursday, March 5th
Please mark your calendars for our 2026 Annual General Meeting. All members are strongly encouraged to attend. Members may submit requests for additions to the agenda up to 20 days prior to the AGM.

The President's annual report, the accounts and proposed budget for 2026 will be communicated in a special AGM Newsletter.

Please plan to arrive at 6pm so that we can start the meeting at 6.30pm. You must be a fully paid up member to attend the AGM this year, so make sure you have paid your dues. IMCZ will be sponsoring a meal after the meeting at approx. 7.30pm. Members are kindly asked to buy their own drinks.
