Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024

Please mark your calendars for our 2024 Annual General Meeting. All members are strongly encouraged to attend. 

Members may submit requests for additions to the agenda up to 20 days prior to the AGM.

The President's annual report, the accounts and proposed budget for 2024 will be communicated in a special AGM Newsletter.

Minutes of our last 2023 AGM may be found here. 

We encourage all to arrive at 18:00 to "wet your whistles" before we settle down to business. There will be an AGM Newsletter distributed at the end of February.
