Reschedule of Board Meeting to April 13

Dear Board Members,

Jens will be abroad on April 6^th but would be available on April 13^th. I propose we move the date of our next board meeting to ensure that Jens can attend in person. In anticipation of April 13^th being convenient for members of the board, I am setting up the event for that date. Please confirm or register. We can provide a Teams or Zoom connection for Geoff and others who cannot make it on that date.

Dear Board Members,

I was a little precipitous in calling a board meeting on March 9. A wise member of our board has advised me that IMCZ does not usually hold a board meeting in the same month as the AGM.

I am therefore proposing we move the Board Meeting from 9 March to 6 April. Please confirm that date is convenient for you, or propose an alternative date. We can provide a Teams or Zoom connection for Geoff and others who cannot make it on that date.

We are planning to meet again at the Gotthardhof.

Would someone like to volunteer to begin drawing up the Agenda for Board Meeting 06-04 ?

Roger has kindly offered to draw up the minutes of the AGM. 

In due course this agenda, will be available in our Dropbox Team Folder for the review and making any needed amendments.  To edit it, you need to log in to Dropbox with your club e-mail address.
