Swiss Tax Treaties - Basics for you

The IMCZ is pleased to announce a very interesting event. There's a seasonal obligation that every citizen is obliged to comply with. We're speaking of tax declarations. Of course expatriates may have a more complicated task because of having to follow instructions from more than one country, while taking into account any "Tax treaties" in place between the different countries.

Speaker: Peter Baumgartner, IMCZ member

Peter is an expert in international taxation, who will introduce us to the secrets of Swiss tax treaties and how you can avoid international double taxation. We will discuss questions that may be relevant for many of you, such as residency for tax purposes, attribution of taxing rights, automatic exchange of bank information, refund of foreign withholding taxes, etc.

A Q&A session will follow. 

As usual, we will meet for a drink at the CU Restaurant bar starting at 18:00 before convening for the presentation.  Participants are also cordially invited to adjourn to CU Restaurant bar for a chat after the presentation.
