Autumn New Members Reception

The New Members Reception is a bi-annual event. The 1st one is typically in May and the 2nd one in November.

This is a good opportunity to meet the new members that have joined the club during the last few months as well as long-standing members who don't often attend our weekly Stammtisch.

Due to budgetary constraints, the club will only sponsor the venue and the snacks for this event.  We have a limited budget for drinks this year, but it should suffice for a free beer or soft drinks for all members who arrive reasonably early.   Our president, Bill Lichtensteiger is personally guaranteeing a free drink for the new members (those who have joined since the last NMR in May).  All other beverages are at the participants' own expense.

Attendance (including consumption of the sponsored snacks) is free of charge for paid-up members.  Guests are welcome and will also be entitled to free consumption of the sponsored snacks if they decide to join the club and pay their membership dues (SFr. 45 for the remainder of 2019) on the spot.  Otherwise, guests will be charged SFr. 35.

Although the address is on Zeughausgasse, Im Hof is more easily found from the Münzgässli. It is roughly equidistant from the Vorstadt and Casino parking garages, and less than a 15 minute walk from the Zug train station.  For those who prefer not to walk so far, the bus and tram stops at the Postplatz are even closer.  For further details please consult search.ch.
